Frequently asked questions

Check out some frequently asked questions.

Do I need to be “fit” to attend classes?

No. Our classes are about supporting wellbeing, not meeting a fitness standard. You’re welcome exactly as you are. But please listen to your body rather than the group around you.

Yes, we actively encourage communication. Teachers are happy to discuss injuries, access needs, or concerns before class. Please use the health questionnaire in the booking system to inform the teacher of any challenges, and come a little early for your class so that they can create space to discuss any queries that you may have.

We’re committed to accessibility and working with providers to offer supported pricing options where possible. Whilst it is not yet available, understanding the requirements can help us to develop a process offering accessibility. Please get in touch if cost is a barrier.

Whilst we accept bookings up to the point of the class, we highly recommend that you book in advance using the TeamUp booking system. We are a not-for-profit organisation who values our teachers, our movement community whilst striving for financial sustainability. When you book on in advance, you show value to yourself for prioritising your wellbeing, your teacher for letting them know if they will be teaching, and the organisation as a whole so that we can manage the financials and operations of the organisation.

We operate a no-show cancellation policy. If there are no planned attendants for your class, the class will be cancelled to protect the teachers time and to avoid teacher cost for a class that didn’t go ahead.

It means we can keep you up to date in the event that there are unavoidable cancelations due to room hire/ sickness/ travel disruptions.

Finally, we cannot accept cash as a form of payment. The structure of the business means that payments need to be held centrally rather than with the teacher.  In event you have an issue with booking on due to technical issues, please inform Luná Movements as soon as possible, or your teacher leaving your email address, so that payment can be taken promptly after class.

Her Vision Board workshop was truly inspirational. It gave parents and carers valuable space to reconnect with their own hopes and dreams — something many rarely prioritise.

We highly recommend Sinead’s support and have confidently referred her to other organisations seeking to enhance the wellbeing and activity levels of their communities.
